Start with some simple skipping routines to activate your body and see noticeable results. This challenge helps you find a sustainable fitness plan that includes speed, endurance, and resistance training.

Skipping engages every core group simultaneously, making it an effective warm-up routine. Here’s how speed, endurance, and resistance feature in this activity:

Speed

Using a fast rope increases intensity, engaging your arms and core. Skipping 60 times in a minute is much more intense than skipping 10 times.

Endurance

Build stamina by gradually increasing your skipping duration. Moving from one minute to five minutes of continuous skipping is a significant challenge, similar to CrossFit or Tabata.

Resistance

Using a weighted rope for skipping adds resistance training to your workout. Try it to experience the difference!
